West Coast Wildfires - How to Help

As an avid adventurer and a lover of the PNW, it saddens me that the state of Oregon is on fire. Not to mention the many fires in California and Washington. With so many people displaced from their homes and so much land still on fire, it is important to do what you can to support the victims affected and the firefighting efforts.

See below what you can do to help:

Donate to American Red Cross Western Wildfire Relief Fund

The Red Cross is helping both victims and first responders. Providing shelter, food, and other services to people struggling during this time, as well as support to emergency responders.

Donate to Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is doing what they can to provide food, water and support as the wildfires continue to burn. Similar to Red Cross they help first responders and victims alike.

Donate to Direct Relief

Direct Relief provides medical supplies to first responders and victims. The provide N95 masks, medicine, and other supplies to healthcare organizations and first responders.

Donate to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation

The WFF provides financial support to families of firefighters who died while fighting wildfires. It is so important to support the courageous first responders who are helping fight the wildfires.
